Alvin Alfred Gonzales

Alvin Alfred Gonzales, 79, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on March 9, 2026.

Alvin was born on October 14, 1947, in Clayton, New Mexico. He proudly served in the United States Coast Guard before beginning a long and dedicated career as a union electrician with IBEW Local 357, where he eventually retired. Alvin was known for his ability to fix anything, quiet strength, and deep devotion to his family.

Dating since they were 14 and 15 years old, he shared 59 loving years of marriage with his wife, Diana Gonzales. Together they built a life centered on family, loyalty, and lasting memories. Alvin was a proud father to his sons, Sean and Scott Gonzales, and his beloved daughter, Kelly Gonzales (Baby girl).

Alvin was preceded in death by his grandsons, Jacob Evan Mathis and Sean Brian Gonzales III. He leaves behind six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy and memory.

Alvin will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his years of service to his country and trade, and the steady presence he provided to those who loved him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
