His final days were spent in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he was surrounded by the love and warmth of his family.

Bill's early life was marked by his service to his country; he proudly served in the United States Navy from 1945 to 1947. Following his military service, he pursued higher education at CalPoly, which laid the foundation for his successful career. Bill's professional life included significant tenures at NCR and Farmers Insurance, where his contributions were both valued and impactful. His work ethic was surpassed only by his love for the great outdoors. Bill was an avid camper, hunter, fisher, and horse rider. His adventurous spirit found solace in the beauty and tranquility of nature. Bill's legacy is carried on by his devoted children, Pam and Marc, his cherished eight grandchildren, and his eight great-grandchildren, who were the light of his life. His role as a family man was characterized by funny anecdotes, thoughtful advice, and unforgettable adventures, which will be treasured by his family for generations to come.

A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on 2025-05-18 at Vegas Masonic Lodge, 632 E Charleston Blvd.

A burial will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on 2025-05-21 at Davis Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6200 S. Eastern Avenue.
