ARTUR SZELAG
March 27, 1973 – September 5, 2025

Artur Szelag, age 52, born in Lublin, Poland, beloved son of Zenon and Maria Szelag (née Szpernal), dearest brother of Małgorzata ‘Margaret’ (Jan) Wyrostek, and loving uncle to Caroline and Gabrielle, passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 5th, 2025. He was also a cherished cousin and friend to many.

Artur was known for his charisma, intelligence, and a kind heart. He had a natural charm that drew people in and a very generous spirit. He had a special love for children and adored his nieces especially, who held a very special place in his heart. Artur was also his grandparents’ adored grandson, bringing them immense joy.

A funeral mass will be held in Illinois, followed by interment at Saint Michael Catholic Cemetery in Palatine, Illinois, at a later announced date.
