Ashley Taylor Beshears

Ashley Taylor was called home at the age of 55 on July 24, 2023. She was
born an only child on May 27, 1968, in Las Vegas, NV, to Carolyn Joyce
Riley and Andrew Taylor. She attended catholic school at Bishop Gorman
High School, where she played soccer and received numerous trophies
and awards. After graduating high school, she received training to
become a massage therapist. Between working two jobs, she traveled
across the country and explored the world. From Cape Town, South
Africa, and multiple cities in Mexico to Rome, Florence, and Venice, Italy,
to skiing in Canada., She really knew how to have fun and enjoy life.

In 2000, she gave birth to her son Ashar Taylor McDowell. A handsome
young man now working hard and traveling across the country like his
mom. Ashley married Bill Beshears in Las Vegas, NV 2007. They loved
each other so much that they married again in Los Angeles, CA, in front of
family, friends, and close coworkers.

Ashley was very mature for her age and started working at her parents'
family-owned bar and restaurant at fourteen years old. At seventeen, she
started her career at The Hilton in the culinary department and then
moved to the call center at Bally's under Caesars Entertainment where
she acquired another family and incredible bosses that she truly adored.

Ashley was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Beshears, in 2012, her
mom Carolyn Riley Taylor in 1997, and her dad Andrew Taylor in 1990.

She leaves behind her son, Ashar Taylor McDowell of Las Vegas, God-
Parents Dr. Bettye and Hal Walker, Los Angeles, CA, best
friend/sister/cousin Joy Abram, Los Angeles, CA, and a host of aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and her fur babies, Lola and Bless (pets).
