Barbara Jane Simonds Richards

The world lost a beloved Wife, Sister, Aunt, Mother and Gigi. Barbara (Barb) Jane on October 22, 2021. Barbara passed away surrounded by her husband James (Mike) of 52 years. They raised their amazing children, Melvin Richards (Wife Marcia) and Tina Evans (Husband Johnnie) with love and devotion. She’s survived by her loving brother Ronald Leroy Simonds (Wife Judy). She absolutely adored her 4 grandkids, Jenna Anderson (Husband Jake), James Richards (Wife Kelsey), Liana Rodriguez (Husband Javier) and Jessie Newman (Husband Wyatt). Her Great-Grandkids brought her the most joy, Anabell Rodriquez, Tucker Richards, Ranson Anderson, Sophia Richards, Rinoa Anderson, Lilah Richards and Ethan Newman. Her nephews Mark Simonds (Wife Dora) and Wayne Simonds (Wife Naomi). Barbara was born to the late Ronald Glen and Betty Jane Simonds in Artesia, CA on April 12,1946. She loved her doll and bear collections, enjoyed drag racing when she was younger, the turbo button, road trips, dancing and music!
