Cecil M. Morrisett, 86 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away at his home on Monday, November 28, 2011.
Cecil was born on April 10, 1925 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He moved to Albuquerque in 1959 where he was employed for over 35 years at Sandia National Laboratories. In 1994 Cecil retired and moved to Las Vegas. He was an avid bridge player and loved to ski, fish and trade the stock market.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his son, Michael Morrisett and his wife, Heidi, of Las Vegas, Nevada, a brother, Dale Morrisett, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, 4 grandchildren, Aaron Morrisett, Jordan Morrisett and fianc, Lucas Perez, Sarah MabryPadovese and her husband, Matt and Kimberly MabryBell and her husband, Jason, all of Las Vegas, 2 greatgrandchildren, Tabitha David Padovese, of Las Vegas and 3 stepsons, Wally, Dave and Tom Bender.
