Charlette Rachelle Forbes-Hallman

Charlette ForbesHallman, 57, of Las Vegas, passed away June 10, 2011. She was born February 28, 1954, in Santa Barbara, California, to father, Andrew Forbes and mother, Hazel LockhartBreeding.

She graduated from Valley High School and was always an A or B student. She was born an artist and before age four, could sketch, paint, landscape humans or animals. She was a former salesperson for Preferred Equities Corporation and casino blackjack dealer. She was a 32year member of the American Legion Auxiliary L.D. Lockhart Unit 14 and held offices for 30 years.

She passed away in St. Rose de Lima Hospital after several years of struggling with health challenges.

She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Forbes and stepfather, Jame Lockhart.

She is survived by her mother, Hazel LockhartBreeding stepfather, Clifford Breeding daughter, Dionne Bower grandchildren, Christoper, Josiah and Trinity sister, Andre Damrill and her husband, Chester brother, Randall Forbes and a host of nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
