Christopher Zabloski (1979-2026)
Christopher “Chris” Allen Zabloski, 47, of Foley, MN, passed away unexpectedly July 29th, 2026, in Clark County, Nevada.
Chris was born in Milaca, Minnesota to David Zabloski and Debbie Schonning, making an early entrance into the world, but quickly showing everyone around him his resilience.
Life was not always easy for Chris, but through it all, he remained a kind and caring person at his core, always willing to lend a helping hand, and never losing his sense of humor. Even when life created distance, Chris always remembered the people he loved, often reaching out on birthdays and holidays, or simply to let someone know he was thinking of them.
He will be remembered for his kind heart, the quiet ways he showed he cared, and the resilience he showed even through life’s many difficulties.
Christopher was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Lucille Segerstrom and Helen Zabloski, his uncles, John, Bruce, and Bradley Zabloski, and his aunt, Connie Segerstrom. He is survived by his son, Hayden Walters-Zabloski (Josie Hilburn), grandfathers, Norman Zabloski and Robert Segerstrom, mother, Debbie (Bob) Schonning, father, David (Roseanne) Zabloski, sisters, Tabitha (Aaron) Palmer and Jessica (Chad) Martin, nieces and nephews, Zach Anderson, Sophie Palmer, and Aiden, Bryce, and Baby Girl Martin, as well as a large extended family, including siblings, nieces, and nephews who were an important part of his life.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th, 2026 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 34238 Nature Road, Ramey, Minnesota. Doors will open at 10 a.m., with memorial service beginning at 11 a.m. A potluck lunch will follow in the church hall; please feel free to bring a dish and a memory to share.
For those who wish to honor Chris’s memory or support his family during this time, contributions may be made to the Christopher Zabloski Memorial Fund, established to assist with expenses following his unexpected passing.
