Dale Keith Forslin

Dale Keith Forslin, born June 6, 1959, passed away May 15, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Laura, his son, Chad, his mother, Donna, his brother Steve (Chris), and sisters, Kathy (Steve)  and Terri (Tim) brother-in-law Monty (Renee) as well as many other beloved family members and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Robert and his brother, Brian.  Dale was a blessing in our lives and will be fondly remembered for his kindness, hospitality, and delicious home cooking.
