David Steven Levings

DAVID LEVINGS It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of David S. Levings Monday, October 1, 2018. David was born in Marion, Ohio, and graduated from Marysville High School, in Marysville, Ohio. He was quite the storyteller who never met a stranger and loved to tease his friends and family. David settled in Las Vegas, after his Vietnam tour of duty for the U.S. Air Force. He received his associate's degree from Clark County Community College. His field of work was telecommunications, working for Valley Bank of Nevada, Golden Nugget Atlantic City, LevRidge Telcomm Inc., Southwest Gas Corporation and TEK Systems. David was fondly known by his friends and former co-workers as Dave1. He is survived by his wife, Elvia Levings; two sons, Troy and Todd (Danielle) Levings; five grandchildren, Brionna, Brooke, Nikolas, Faith, and Angelina; and two great-granddaughters Bailee and Layla. Services will at 12:30 p.m. Fri., Nov. 16, at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
