Dolores Strzemp

DOLORES LORRAINE STRZEMP

Dolores Strzemp age 93 of Las Vegas passed away on March 18, 2023.  Dolores was born in Chicago on June 6, 1929.  Dolores married John Strzemp in January 1951.  In 1990, upon retirement from a life of factory employment, the couple relocated to Las Vegas.  Sadly, her husband passed away after only one year of retirement.  Dolores then spent much of her free time socializing with friends at her community pool.  She also enjoyed trips to Rampart Casino.

Dolores was the last remaining sibling in her family and was preceded in death by three sisters: Mary, Stella, and Bertha, and two brothers:  Peter and John.  Additionally, she was preceded in death by her son Robert who passed away in 2016.

Dolores is survived by her immediate family of two sons, John and Joseph; six grandchildren John III, Jacqueline, Christopher, Sarah, Alec, and Jude.

Funeral services will be held on March 27, 2023, with a viewing from 11:30 to 12:30 in the chapel of Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Avenue.  A Catholic mass will follow at 1:00 at Guardian Angel Cathedral, 302 Cathedral Way, Las Vegas.  Interment will follow at Davis Memorial Park.
