Douglas "Doug" Lane Lewis

April 21, 1956 — July 3, 2010

Douglas Lane Lewis, 54, of North Las Vegas, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 3, 2010, as cancer proved to be a battle he could not win.

He was born April 21, 1956, in Twin Falls, Idaho, and was a 50year resident of Nevada. Doug was a craftsman and a hard worker who paid great attention to detail and never gave up. Dougs charisma and charm combined with a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh could light up any room.

Most importantly, Doug was a husband, father and a grandfather who loved and lived life with great enthusiasm. Doug was preceded in death by his father, William Chet Lewis.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley children, Chris, Jesse, Sean, Destiny and Ryan mother, Patsy Piercey brothers, Calvin, Bill and Bryan and sister, Terri along with many other family and friends.
