Erlinda “Lola” Santos Gatchalian, age 92, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, in Henderson, Nevada, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 18, 1933, in Tondo, Manila, Lola’s life was a testament to strength, love, devotion, and deep family roots.

She was the cherished daughter of Nicolas Gatchalian Santos and Rosa Morales Jose.

She is now reunited in eternal peace with her loving husband Danilo M Gatchalian , beloved parents, Nicolas and Rosa Santos, her siblings Virginia S. Azarcon, Angelito J. Santos, Clarita S. Olvina, Lourdes S. Cruz, and Beatriz J. Santos, and her dear son, Nebuchadnezzar S. Gatchalian.

Lola’s memory lives on in the hearts of her children:

Czarina G. Refuerzo, Rossinii G. Hernando, Hanz S. Gatchalian, Olga G. Avelino, Hetty S. Gatchalian, Ma. Chelo G. Echaves, Gerrard S. Gatchalian, and Zcharrade S. Gatchalian — as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry forward her legacy of grace, endearment, and generosity.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 12:30 PM at Davis Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Dave Simpson of Bellevue Heights Church
