It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Evelyn Halifax, who departed this life peacefully on 24 September 2025 at University Medical Center, surrounded by loved ones. A beloved mother, sister, friend, and mentor, Evelyn left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Born in Angeles, Philippines on 4 May 1968, Evelyn lived a life of grace, quiet strength, and unwavering compassion. Her kindness was instinctive, and her presence both comforting and inspiring.

Throughout her life, Evelyn was a pillar in the community. Whether through her countless acts of quiet generosity, she touched lives in ways both profound and lasting. Evelyn had a way of seeing the best in people and encouraging them to believe in themselves.

Evelyn is survived by her husband Timothy Halifax, her daughters Shania Halifax, Hazel Halifax, her stepson Lee Halifax, her grandchildren Levi Olvera Halifax, Michael Halifax, Elena Halifax, Lyra Halifax, siblings, Emelda Gundran, Ederlinda Felicitas, Luz Remedios Cyrus, Cora Malit, Estrellita Farmer, and Paulo Malit Jr., who will continue to honor her legacy by living with the same integrity and warmth she exemplified every day.

A celebration of Evelyn's life will be held on November 3, 2025, at 2275 Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119. All who knew her are welcome to attend and share memories of a life beautifully lived.

Evelyn Halifax's life was a gift to those around her, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
