Our Father in Heaven, we ask you to bless us,

the poor in spirit and grant us your consolation.

We ask that you look favorably upon your son

Henry, who has left this world and grant him

peace and eternal life with you in Heaven.

For the Lord said, “I am the resurrection and

the life, he who believes in me will not die forever.”

Lord, grant us all the grace to rejoice

with you and the angels that your

faithful servant has been taken up to Heaven.

For death in this world is only the beginning

of eternal joy and happiness made possible

by the death and resurrection of

your Son Jesus Christ Our Lord.
