Obituary

In Loving Memory of Henry C. Mason

Henry Mason, age 52, was an amazing human being inside and out! He had one of the most unique, and contagious laughters you could ever hear. When Henry cracks up, it echoes. He could still find laughter in his pain during his last years. He was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, nephew, cousin.. I mean , you name it! He wore many hats, He was a Provider and a Protector of many. One thing we all can agree on is that he was a man of his word and above all, a man of FAITH! The most important thing to him was to follow the laws and commandments. His heart, his mind, his whole being.. was Kingdom focused! His life was centered around his love for God and the family he cherished. He made it! He made it to the Kingdom and is at Rest. He will be missed and never forgotten. In his last days, he'd always quote a verse from the bible; Philippians chapter 1 verse 21-23 ; "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labor: yet what I shall choose I wot not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better."

Henry shared his life with his beloved wife, Regina Mason. Together, they built a beautiful family and were blessed with 6 children and 19 grandchildren.

9 of whom are grandsons, and 10 granddaughters;

Starting with the children from the oldest children to the youngest. Mary gave him Dmari and Elijah. Henry gave him Shania. Denise gave him Jeremiah, Josiah, Joel, and Johanna. Marcell gave him Veronica, Titus and Hadassah. Marcellous gave him Marcellous Junior, and Aniyah. William gave him Armani, Steven, Zariyah, Kiyah, Skyy, Yaniyah and an unborn grandson Zachariyah . He got to experience the joys of bonding with his grand daughters and grandsons. When Henry was with his grandchildren, there was never a dull moment.

He was the oldest of 7 siblings. His family was an important part of his life , and the love, guidance and memories he shared with them will remain in their hearts for generations to come.

Although his presence will be missed, his family finds comfort in knowing that his faith remained an important part of who he was. His memory will continue to live on through the many people who knew him and loved him.

Henry leaves behind his loving wife, Regina Mason; six children; 19 grandchildren; and many other family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Forever loved. Forever Remembered. Never forgotten.
