James George Brown, age 82, of Nevada, peacefully passed away leaving a legacy of faith, love, hard work, and devotion to his family.
Early Life and Service
Born on December 11, 1943, in Council, North Carolina, James was the beloved son of the late Eugene and Mary Brown. Growing up as one of ten siblings, he learned early on the value of family connection, sharing a home filled with life and love.
For more than 40 years, James drove trucks across the country. He took great pride in his work, safely navigating countless miles as a dedicated professional of the open road.
Faith, Joy, and Love
Above all else, James loved the Lord and walked through life with a deep and enduring faith. He brought immense joy to those around him and was known to everyone as a great dancer. Whether on a proper dance floor or simply bringing rhythm to a room, his smooth moves and vibrant energy lit up every gathering.
In November 1991, James married the absolute love of his life, Leslie Young. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with deep affection, mutual respect, and shared laughter. Over their 35 years of marriage, they were a testament to true partnership and unwavering devotion.
His Lasting Legacy
James was a family man at heart. His memory will be forever cherished and kept alive by his devoted wife, Leslie Brown of Nevada. He leaves behind a proud legacy through his family.
