Jean Marie Sellers

Jean Marie (Johnson) Sellers, 80, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Born on January 25, 1945, in Lincoln, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Ronald G. and Doris E. Johnson.

Jean was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry; her brother, Larry; and her youngest sister, Brenda. She is survived by her son, J; daughter-in-law, Michelle; three cherished grandchildren—Alexander, Lilly, and Quinn; and her sisters, Carol and Roni.

A longtime resident of Las Vegas, Jean was known for her resilience, compassion, and unwavering generosity. A cancer survivor who lived with debilitating arthritis, she faced life’s challenges with grace and strength. Despite enduring constant pain, Jean never let it dim her spirit or the love she shared with those around her.

She will be remembered for her warm, powerful hugs and her willingness to help anyone in need. Jean touched countless lives and leaves behind a legacy of kindness and courage.
