On Tuesday, August 21st, 2018, Jeanne (Jeannie) Pepper, loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of 71. Jeannie was born on October 8, 1946 at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, to Dr. Henry P. and Evelyn (Norton) Limbacher. The family moved to Tucson, AZ in 1949 where she lived until 1969, when she married Darrell W. Pepper. She obtained her Associate in Arts degree from Stephens College in Columbia, MO in 1966 and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina - Aiken in 1977. She and her husband raised one son, Erik, born in 1979 in Aiken, SC. Jeannie was a loving, generous person, going out of her way to help others even at her own expense. She was an avid music lover, learning to play the violin at an early age and later the cello. She loved history and was an expert in genealogical research, tracing family roots back to Charlemagne. Her spirit, love of life, infectious smile, clever imagination and creativity were exceptional. Her laughter would light up a room and make anyone feel at ease. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of PEO. Jeannie was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Limbacher, in 1980 and her mother, Evelyn in 2007. She is survived by her husband, Darrell, her son, Erik, her brother, Phillip Limbacher, a niece and a nephew. A memorial service will be held on September 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Davis Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Las Vegas, NV. Flowers may be sent to 6200 S.
