If I could say one more thing to you…

I'm at home resting in my Holy Fathers arms. But if I could say one more thing to you,
I would ask, is there anything that you would like me to do?

I would say to my Bear, what's going on? Let's talk,
I'm listening, I know you best, I'm your daddy, I'm your rock

I'd debate with my miracle child, my little twerp, on what football team is going to win,
That is our time, from the beginning until the season ends.

If I could say one more thing to you,

I would call you one more time and ask, ""Shay momma you good? You and the boys need anything?
Most of the time you'd reply, ""we're good, but thanks for asking""

I would say to the love of my life, ""PIMPIN, PIMPIN, PIMPIN, just for you""
Thank you for being my wifey, giving me my girls, and being my best friend Too!

If I could say one more thing to you,

I would say to my family, who my life has touched,
My spirit is only resting, but know I always have, and always will, love you so very much.

And to all my friends, I know you miss me. But the next time the Lakers play,
Think of me, my smile, my cheer, and be happy as I would that day!




If I could say one more thing to you,

I would say live and enjoy life, love your family and friends as you love yourself.
Think of my contagious laugh, be kind to strangers and extend your heart to someone who may need your help.

Because you miss me, I know you'll shed tears for awhile,
But sometimes for me, think of us and replace your tears with a smile.

If I could say one more thing to you,

I'd tell you about my Lord and Savior, and how he's kept me through good and hard times, He's the only way,
And to my wife, MY Lisa, leave your worries in His hands, keep your Faith in Him and continue to pray.

I'm at home, in my Holy Fathers arms, at rest,
Take comfort knowing that we'll see each other one day. Until we met again, be Blessed!
