Jon Dulaney, 72, passed away Jan. 18, 2014, in Las Vegas. Jon Thomas Dulaney was born in San Antonio, in 1941, to James and Rena Dulaney. He graduated from Refugio High in 1959. After school, he served in the U.S. Army. In 1973, he moved his family to Las Vegas to go into the casino business. He then worked at the El Cortez for 14 years. He left the El Cortez to go into the bar business in 1987. Jon is survived by his wife, Maria daughter, Kayrena stepchildren, Jose, Kevin, Juan and Silvana and his granddaughter, Jordan. Celebration of life at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Kopper Keg South, 2375 E. Torino Ave., Las Vegas. Services will be at noon Sunday, Jan. 26, at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
