Jose Fernando Landaverde,56, of Las Vegas, passed away January 2, 2026 in Las Vegas.

Jose Fernando Landaverde was born in El Salvador to Juan Miguel Landaverde and Cleotilde Ramirez on September 6, 1969.

Jose came to the United States at age 16 and lived in Los Angeles for 10 years. He moved to Las Vegas for the next 30 years. He worked here in the casino hospitality areas. Jose obtained his USA naturalization citizenship during this time.

Jose is preceded in death by his parents, sister Aminta, and 2 brothers, David and Juan. Also, half brothers Manual, Miguel, and Luis.

Jose is survived by sister's Lucia, Virginia, and Vilma and brothers Sergio, Ernesto, and his lifetime friend Ronald Pickthorn.

Funeral services will be held at Davis Funeral Home on Eastern Avenue on January 24, 2026. Viewing at 2-3 p.m. and private family service at 3-4 p.m. Cremation to follow.
