Justin Michael Walsh

Justin Michael Walsh of Las Vegas passed away unexpectedly on January 6, 2026. Justin grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina where he attended Providence Day School. He later moved to Austin, Texas with his parents and graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio. After college, Justin managed various night-clubs in Austin and during those year he met the love of his life, his fiancée, Amanda Degollado. Justin and Amanda later moved to Las Vegas where he worked for various entertainment companies while also earning an MBA with honors from Syracuse University. Justin also spent many years in Los Angelas where he worked as the Vice President of the Nightlife Division for sbe Hospitality. Justin was forever an entrepreneur, always dreaming of starting his own entertainment business.

Justin was passionate about surfing and Hawaii. Justin and Amanda were engaged on a beach in Hawaii and spent many happy vacations there with friends.

Justin also had a life-long love of fitness, including boxing and enjoyed developing fitness plans for family members.

Justin is survived by his fiancée Amanda and his large and loving family including his mother and step-father, Jim and Carol Edwards, his grandfather Dave Walsh and his wife Judy, his grandmother, Arlene Walsh, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Justin was the first grandchild in the family and held that title for many years during which he was fondly doted on by the entire family.

Justin will be deeply missed by all who loved him. Justin’s life will be remembered by all the good things he accomplished and all the people to which he brought happiness--a life lived fully in the dash between his birth and passing.
