Leon Levin, 77, passed away June 9, 2010. He was born Feb. 28, 1933, in Detroit, to Sophia and Michael Levin.
Leon moved to Los Angeles in 1947, with his father and his sister, Sally. In 2003, he retired to Henderson.
He was a devoted husband, of 35 years, to Marlene loving father to David, Jeffrey, Dave and Neal adoring grandfather to Kristen and Adam and greatgrandfather to Laura and Lyndze. Leon will be remembered for his military service on the LST 1159, as the owner of Leons Market, top salesman at Speight Buick and a hospital dark room technician. He was also an avid hunter, proud NRA member and Performing Arts and Readers Theater member.
