Martha Wines
March 15, 1917 — October 29, 2012
Martha Wines, of Las Vegas, passed away Oct. 29, 2012, at Royal Springs Health Care Nursing Home. Martha was a licensed practical nurse at University Medical Center for 10 years and retired in 1980. Martha was married to Karl T. Wines for 30 years prior to his death in 1965. They had two children, daughter, Joann Scott and her husband, Russell, and son, Jim Wines and his wife, Joanna. Martha had two grandchildren, Cynthia Herrera and her husband, Tim of Linden, Utah, and Craig Scott of Las Vegas six greatgrandchildren and five greatgreatgrandchildren. Viewing will be 12 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services following at Davis Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marthas name to Nathan Adelson Hospice, Las Vegas.
