Maxine Catherine Dean

Maxine C. Dean a longtime resident of Overton, Nevada. Was called home by her Heavenly Father on October 26, 2025 at 103 years young, surrounded by her family at Nathan Adelson Hospice in Las Vegas.

Maxine was born in Thorp, Wisconsin on June 22, 1922 to John and Elizabeth (Mueller) Heimann.

Maxine loved camping and trout fishing, going on long walks with her dogs. She enjoyed meeting her friends at the Overton Senior Center for yoga, exercise classes and lunches. She also enjoyed her old cowboy westerns and the shopping center channel, and praying the rosary.
Maxine was proud of her egg-laying chickens and the number of dozens she sold weekly. And always found and made time for family, cooking their favorite meals and her friends.

Maxine was preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert Dean, Parents John and Elizabeth Heimann, two brothers Wilfred Heimann and Robert Heimann. Granddaughter Lauri Baer and grandson Patrick Hayes. Son-in-law Max Baer and Steve Schweich.

Maxine is survived by four children Greg (Un Hui Kim) Dean, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Audrienne Baer Ishpeming, Michigan. Debra Dean (Rod Lewis) Overton, Nevada. Linda Schweick of Riggins, Idaho. Three Grandsons James, Robert, and Ryan. Two Granddaughters, Tamara and Katherin. And eight great-grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon, Kody, Raydin, Hannah, Kyle, Levi, and Rowan.
