Micky Espy was a loving father to Daniel Espy, husband to Cynthia Frondarina, and brother to his 12 brothers and sisters.
Micky grew up in Potlatch, Idaho.
Micky Espy's mom passed when he was 7 years old and his father passed when he was 14 years old, his sister Beverly Jones and Gary Jones adopted him and his brother Lynn. Lynn was 3 years older than Micky and he and took care of him like he was his son. Micky played sports all through High School and lettered in football and basketball.
When he graduated High School he worked for Gary Kindel as a farmer and then worked at Potlatch Forest inc. as a watchman.
Micky Espy went to Boise State University, he paid for his own room by maintaining the mens dorm rooms during that time he got into the electrical and construction trade. He built a duplex from ground up, sold it and moved to Las Vegas about 1979.
He got back into the electrical trade in Las Vegas and he also had a side hustle with some of his Idaho friends playing blackjack quite a bit. He eventually learned to drive taxi for Star Cab and continued driving cab until retirement. Micky loved being a cab driver in Las Vegas and prided himself on giving the tourists the time of their lives when they took a ride with him. Micky would frequently be found helping someone in need as he made his way through the his day and liked to cheer people up. He was very theatrical most of the time and never afraid to stand out in the crowd. Micky loved his friends and family dearly and took good care of us all.
He is survived by his wife Cynthia, his son Daniel, his younger brother Lynn, and his sister Sharron.
