Oscar A. Sharpe Jr, 72, of Las Vegas, passed away April 13, 2010. A retired executive director, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Graveside services will be at 1:20 p.m. Friday, April 23, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
