Otto A. ""Skip"" Wusnack, 74, of Las Vegas, NV, passed away on May 31, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Skip was born in Savannah, Georgia, to Otto A. Wusnack Sr., and Christine Lancaster on October 23, 1943.
Skip received a Bachelor of Music from North Texas State. He joined the Air Force after graduation and attained the rank of Captain. After leaving the Air Force, he earned a Juris Doctor from Ole Miss and practiced law on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 30 years, with a break of 3 years when he worked for ABC TV in Los Angeles, CA. Skip was also very active in the Mississippi Gulf Coast theatre community, both on stage and behind the camera. He retired from law practice in 2004, moving with his wife, Kathy, to Las Vegas, where they both worked for KA, the Cirque du Soleil show at the MGM Grand.
Skip is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Kathy Mowery Lightner Wusnack, son C. Joseph Wusnack, daughter Victoria Lightner Bramhall, grandson Jack Bramhall, and brother Terry Wusnack.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 13th, at 1:20 pm at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, NV. Arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home in Las Vegas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Las Vegas Valley Humane Society, lvvhumane.org
