Ouida Mae Rouse passed away November 25th, 2014 at the age of 89 years old in Huntington Beach, California. She was born in Mize, Mississippi on May 5th, 1925. Ouida was the second eldest child of Monroe and Zonars 6 children. Ouida is survived by her daughter Peggy, her grandchildren JP, Joseph, Melody, and Alex, and her greatgrandchildren Gracie and Zane, and her nieces Debbie and Vicky, and nephew Rick. Visitation and Funeral for Ouida will be held at Davis Funeral Home 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119 on Thursday December 4th, 2014 beginning at 1pm. Interment will be at 3pm at Davis Funeral Home.
