Porferia Eidman

Porferia Eidman, 66, (also known as Perry amongst her family and friends), was born February 10th 1959, in Balamban,Cebu, Philippines to parents Porentino and Lourdes Baricuatro, alongside her siblings; Marcial, Mila,Diosing, Esther, Diogenes, Eddie, Fortunato, and Artemio.

After leaving the Philippines, Perry and her husband, Mateo Catao, built their life together in Waipahu, Hawai'i, where they raised their children. In time, she made a new home in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she later remarried and shared a loving life with her husband, Bryan Eidman. She will be laid to rest in Nevada.

She lives on by her loving husband Bryan Eidman and her daughters Juliann Brandwein (Ryan) and Noraan Posta (Rick), and her stepchildren Yvonne Schilling (John), Elizabeth Toki, Deborah Komuro (David), Derek Catao (Christine), Vivian Catao, Anthony Catao, Marilynn Gonzalez (Efrain), Andrea Eidman and Curtis Eidman (Laura) and over 30 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was greatly loved by her church, as she enjoyed worship with her congregation. She was known for being a wonderful cook, and a kind, loving sister among her peers. She passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 20th 2025.

Porferia’s celebration of life will be held Saturday September 6th from 10am-2pm at CEMI Church Las Vegas 4030 East Russell Rd. Las Vegas NV 89120.

Following that, her viewing will be at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. from 2-4pm.

Her burial is on Monday, September 8th at 11am at Davis Funeral Home.
