Richard Muniz

Richard Muniz (October 29th, 1927-May 27, 2017) will be laid to rest next to his wife of 38 years, Rita Muniz on Tuesday June 6th, 2017 at Davis Mortuary.
Richard was a veteran who served with the 188th Airbourne in the Phillipines during World War 2. After serving in the military Richard committed a lifetime of work to the Boilermakers Local #92.
Richard's life was defined by hard work and a love of family. His love of music, the family dogs, Broncos football and Giants baseball also brought him great joy throughout his life.
His legacy lives through 5 children: Robert Muniz, Richard Muniz, Sylvia Muniz, Melissa Lasswell and Tina Morgan. 11 Grandchildren: Christopher Muniz, David Muniz, Linda Muniz, Marisa Vigenski, Vanessa Muniz, Nicole Van Arnam, Ron Lasswell, Max Lasswell, Dennis Morgan, Matthew Morgan, Sebastian Morgan, Rita Morgan and 4 Great Grandchildren: Jayden Muniz, Mila Muniz, Jacob Muniz, Nick Muniz.
Richard lived a full life and always enjoyed dressing impeccably for a big celebration, please join us in a celebration of his life following the service.
