Roman Lujan Cepeda, 69, a resident of Nevada, was born December 29, 1942 and passed away March 6, 2012.
A beloved husband, father, grandfather, and greatgrandfather, he was a retired Guam customs and quarantinecaptain.
He was preceded in death by his loving son, JC Richard Cepeda daughterinlaw, Lea Cepeda and reared son, Michael Blankenship.
Roman is survived by his loving wife, Bernice G. Cepeda five children and their spouses, Roman Jr. and Monica O. Cepeda, Orlean Cepeda and Wesley Weidner Sr., Kenneth J. and Cynthia Cepeda, Edwin P. Cepeda, Vincent R. and Amy H. Cepeda reared daughterinlaw, Megan F. Blankenship 28 grandchildren 21 greatgrandchildren brothers and sisters
