Ronald Treesh

God set the mold for “a good man” when Ron Treesh was born on October 7, 1957, to Larry and Peggy (Gruesbeck) Treesh in Toledo, OH. Ron passed on February 11, 2020.

He was always in our lives and gave his time without complaint. He was a master collector and mechanic: collecting (small) cars mostly, but also coins, doggos, baseball cards, and deeds to the ocean floor. Ron taught two generations of nieces and nephews how to ride bikes and bake cakes, drive and fix cars, give someone bunny ears and pull fingers. More, he was a great son, brother, uncle, and friend, and taught everyone who loved him what it means to be there when needed. Always with an ear to listen and a big smile, Ron is missed. He was taken from us too soon.

Ron was a veteran of the Air Force at Nellis AFB, with an honorable discharge in 1979, and worked at Gaudin Ford, Dunes, and the Nevada DOT until his retirement in 2017.

Ron is survived by his mother Peggy, sisters Pamela Pyles, Vicki Treesh, and Sherri (Jim) McNamara; his dearest friend, Denise Treesh; sisters-in-law Debbie (Mike) Justen, Pam Jacobs, Vicki (Lyle "Buzz") Loob, Renee Rygalski, Karol (Robert) Beauregard; brother-in-law Ron (Rose) Beauregard; many nieces and nephews; and his newest puppy, Dancer. He is preceded by his father Larry, mother-in-law Rita Beauregard, sisters-in-law Roberta (Joe) Tate, Rose (Robert) Reisser, and Regina Beauregard, and brothers-in-law Robert Beauregard and Edward (Rose) Beauregard Jr.

Family and friends are welcome to service on March 7th, 2020, from 1 to 2 pm at Davis Funeral Homes at 6200 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Afterward, from 2:30 to 5 pm, a gathering for Ron will be held at the Bristlecone picnic area in Sunset Park at 2601 E. Sunset Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89120.

Memorial tributes may be given to a charity of the donor's choice, but Ron’s family would be honored if you donated to the Golden Knights Foundation.
