Rosalee Barbara Hacker-Price, 84, passed away suddenly on February 23, 2022, in Las Vegas, NV. Rosalee was born August 14, 1937, in Peoria, IL to William “Harvey” and Grace E. Hacker née Campbell.
Rosalee worked for the City of Peoria for many years, first in the Peoria Police Department then in the Office of Code Enforcement. Rosalee relocated to Las Vegas in the 1980s. She worked as an employment counselor and as a Security Supervisor at the Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace.
In retirement, Rosalee enjoyed spending time with her family and shopping with her daughter, but her true joy was hanging out with her grandson, Dylan.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law-law Melissa and James Smith, grandson James “Dylan” Smith, nephew Robert Calhoon, and cousin Joyce Clarke.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Haley and sister Myrtle Calhoon.

Services will be private and the interment will be at Springdale Cemetery in Peoria, IL. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
