Ruben Casillan was born in Baguio City, Philippines to Bernardino and Consolacion Casillan on June 1, 1949.
Ruben graduated from Adamson University in Manila with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Ruben Casillan is survived by Marilyn Casillan, Ruby Casillan and Rodney Ching, Benjieneer Casillan, Marvin Casillan, and Ruben and Clarisse Casillan. Armando Casillan, Violetta Quinto, Doel Casillan, Angelita C. Sison, Anfernee Casillan, Rhonalynn Casillan, Nathan Casillan Ching, Lorelei Casillan, Leila Casillan, Rainen Casillan, Chandler Casillan, and Luke Casillan
Viewing will be held from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm on June 15, 2022, at David Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
