Born March 10th, 1947 In Ohio to Parents Frank and Joyce Dutra. Timothy is survived by his Wife Julia Ochoa Quinones, two children: Rebecca and Diego, brothers: John and Christopher, and a host of family and friends. Timothy will always be remembered as a knowledgeable, kind hearted, jubilant man with a passion for loving life and making those around him smile.
