Vicky was born in Larned, Kansas to George and Virginia Olsen(née Moore) on November 27, 1951.
Vicky is preceded in death by her husband Ken Broome and father George Olsen.
Vicky is survived by her mother Virginia Olsen and brothers Bob (Pam) Olsen, Randy Olsen, sisters Linda Endrizzi and Marsha Olsen. Many nieces and nephews.
