Victor Lunden

Victor Lunden left this world. A world he loved passionately. He valiantly battled a devastating disease together with his closest family members. He closed his eyes forever in the place he loved most, his home, embraced by love and care.
Victor was a genuine Russian intellectual. A writer, an erudite man of letters and original thinking, he preserved his presence of mind and excellent memory until the last moment of his life. He was larger than a single ethnicity, a single culture and religion. He was above and beyond it all. He was intolerant of banality and mediocrity and will be remembered by friends and relatives as a man of strict but clear judgment and a sharp tongue. Victor was a person with an original and creative mind but most of all, a man with a gentle heart.
