William H. Ragland, 87, of Las Vegas, died Jan. 29, 2014. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II, and was a bus driver. Visitation will be noon2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be at at Davis Memorial Park.
