Winfred Kelly Downey

Winfred (Wynn) Kelly Downey was born on February 9, 1947, in Jasper, Tennessee and passed away peacefully in Boulder City, NV. He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness. Wynn was a man of strength and integrity. Winfred was a devoted and loving husband to his beloved wife Judy, for over forty years.

Wynn loved to drive and operate heavy equipment. He made a living as a crane operator. He served as a tail gunner in the Army and was very proud to protect the country that he loved so much.

Wynn leaves behind his brothers, Ken, Bob, and Jerry. He is also survived by his stepdaughters Melissa Ramirez and Dionne Wadsworth.
