Alan Brothers, 57, of Henderson Nevada, passed away on May 02, 2022, at his home.

Al was born in Elgin, Illinois on January 20, 1965.  He was adopted by Don & Nancy Brothers

Al grew up and attended school in Foxlake Illinois.  Graduating high school at 16 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in business management.

A young entrepreneur, he and a friend started the business "Dockside Detailers" Al always had a love of boats from working at the family "Fritz Marina" in his teenage years.

Always a friendly and hardworking attitude, Al made friends with people at the National Marine Manufacturers Association who offered him a position of employment. Starting as an assistant working his way up to operations manager.  He was responsible for many large-scale boat shows and productions nationwide and in Canada.

It was through the NMMA that he would ultimately be hired by the Freeman Companies. Taking on bigger challenges and responsibilities in the trade show industry. Working hard to become the assistant director of freight operations in Chicago.

Al's freight supervisory and managerial career would span 23 years with Freeman in Chicago and Las Vegas. His remaining freight career as beginning operations manager to west coast district manager was with Metro trailer leasing in Las Vegas Nevada.

Al is preceded in death by Don Brothers (father)

Al is survived by Suzy Brothers (wife) of their home, Chris & Kim Brothers (brother) of Palos Verdes, CA. Gary & Barb Brothers (brother) of Austin TX. Holly Brothers (sister) of Roundlake IL.  Many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Ivanhoe Congregational church, 21078 W. highway 176, Mundelein IL. 60060

Memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Davis Funeral home, 6200 S. Eastern, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119

Al is to be cremated
