Samuel Lee Fitzgerald

Samuel L. Fitzgerald passed away suddenly on May 12, 2021, in Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 75.  Samuel was born April 18, 1946, in Punxsutawney, PA but was raised and spent most of his life in Niagara Falls, NY.  There he graduated high school from Niagara Wheatfield, married his loving wife, Patricia in 1967, and raised a family.  Samuel was hardworking as a Pipefitter for Occidental Petroleum and retired in 2006 after 42 years with the company.  In 2011, Sam and his wife moved to Las Vegas, NV to be close to their family and enjoy their retirement. Samuel enjoyed playing competitive billiards and spending quality time with his close friends, neighbors, and family. Samuel was preceded in death by his mother, Millie Haverlock, his step-father, Carl Haverlock, and his brother, Donald Fitzgerald.  He is survived in death by his wife, Patricia Fitzgerald, his daughter, Lori Fitzgerald, and his granddaughter.  The family is kindly asking for donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
