Thomas A. Bender

Thomas A Bender, 65, of Albuquerque NM, passed away on May, 26, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV.

Tom was born in Oklahoma City,OK, to Betty Jo Choate and Wallace Bender on August 28, 1954.

Tom graduated from Eldorado HS in Albuquerque NM.  He was an 11 year veteran of the United States Air Force where he earned several ribbons and medals of honor.  Tom worked as a realtor appraiser until his retirement.  Tom was a 15 year resident of Las Vegas, NV.

Tom was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jo Choate Mhoon & step-father Cecil Morrisett.

Tom is survived by three brothers, Wally Bender II, David Bender and Dr. Michael Morrisett. 

Arrangements are by Davis Funeral home.

Tom will be buried at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
